Qualifying
What does a typical approved business look like?
Usually 12 months or more in business, around $20,000 or more in monthly deposits and a U.S. business bank account. Newer or smaller businesses can still apply; every application is reviewed.
Do I need perfect credit?
No. All credit profiles are reviewed. Stronger credit mostly changes the price and term, not whether we look at your application.
Do you fund startups?
Our products are built for operating businesses with a revenue history, not pre-launch startups. Newer businesses can still apply; every application is reviewed.
What can't the money be used for?
Personal, family or household purposes. Our financing is for business purposes only.
Pricing
What is the rate on a term loan?
Lines of credit and term loans are priced as an APR based on your application and shown in your written offer before you accept. Your rate depends on credit, revenue, time in business, collateral and term, and appears in your written offer.
Are there fees?
There is no fee to apply. Some products may carry an origination or closing fee; if so, it’s listed in your written offer before you sign.
What's the difference between an APR and a factor rate?
An APR is a yearly interest rate used for term loans and lines of credit. A factor rate is a multiplier used for working capital: the total payback is the amount funded times the factor. Your offer shows the total cost either way.
Timing and repayment
How long does funding take?
Term loans usually fund 2 to 5 business days after approval and signing, equipment financing 2 to 7 days, lines of credit 1 to 2 days and SBA loans typically 30 to 90 days*.
How do I repay?
Term loans, equipment and SBA loans are repaid in fixed monthly installments. Working capital is repaid by scheduled daily or weekly ACH.
Can I repay early?
Depends on the product. Your agreement states whether paying early reduces your cost.
